INDICATIONS:
Telysa is indicated for the treatment of Hypertension, it reduces the risk of fatal and nonfatal cardiovascular events, primarily strokes and myocardial infarctions.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
Telysa (Telmisartan) selectively blocks the binding of angiotensin II to the AT₁ receptor found in vascular smooth muscle and adrenal glands. By inhibiting the vasoconstrictor and aldosterone-secreting effects of angiotensin II, telmisartan helps relax blood vessels and lower blood pressure.
