INDICATIONS:
SCIGRA is indicated for treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED) in adult men, enabling them to achieve and maintain an erection sufficient for satisfactory sexual activity.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
SCIGRA (Sildenafil) is a phosphodiesterase type-5 (PDE-5) inhibitor used for the treatment of erectile dysfunction. It works by enhancing the effects of nitric oxide (NO) through inhibition of PDE-5, resulting in increased cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) levels in the corpus cavernosum. This promotes relaxation of smooth muscle and increases blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation, helping achieve and maintain an erection.
