INDICATIONS:
MIROLIG is indicated for the treatment of peripheral neuropathic pain, including:

• Diabetic peripheral neuropathic pain (DPNP)
• Postherpetic neuralgia (PHN), and central neuropathic pain (CNP)

BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
Mirolig (Mirogabalin) is a selective ligand for the α2δ-1 and α2δ-2 subunits of voltage-gated calcium channels. It acts by binding to these subunits in the central nervous system to reduce the influx of calcium and subsequent release of excitatory neurotransmitters. This mechanism provides effective relief of moderate to severe neuropathic pain with a reduced potential for side effects.
