INDICATIONS:
Hypertension, Heart Failure, Acute Myocardial Infarction.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
Trupril (Lisinopril) inhibits the angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) that catalyses the conversion of angiotensin I to the vasoconstrictor peptide, angiotensin II and hence induces vasodilatation.
